Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and match you with property deals that fit your stated criteria — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interests in operating our business.
To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or message about relevant opportunities and your enquiry — on the basis of consent and/or legitimate interests.
To comply with our legal obligations where applicable.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, including our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), advertising platforms (Meta — Facebook and Instagram) where you engaged with our ads, and our website hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Investor deal alerts and marketing

What this is for. To send you email alerts about UK property investment opportunities that match the criteria you give us. These are deals involving pre-emption rights — a contractual right to be offered a property for sale before it is offered to anyone else — which Anteire Properties Ltd buys and sells on for its own account.

Our lawful basis. We rely on one basis at a time, not both together:

Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) — where you have opted in to receive deal alerts by email.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — where you are an existing enquirer or client and we send you a one-off alert that is closely related to your enquiry, having weighed our interest against your rights and expectations.

Channel. These alerts are sent by email only.

Frequency. We send at most one alert message a day, and only when a property matches your criteria. We do not send reminders, and these alerts are not a newsletter.

Withdrawing consent or objecting. Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw your consent or object to this marketing at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you withdraw or object on one channel, we suppress all of our marketing channels (email, phone, WhatsApp and SMS) — we will not keep marketing to you on another channel. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it. We keep your deal-alert contact details and criteria until you withdraw consent or object, or for 12 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. We then delete or anonymise them.
